Sup and Snorkelling Tours on the Amalfi Coast, near Sorrento

Sup stands for Stand Up Paddle and literally means 'standing with a paddle'. This sport in fact originated in Hawaii and combines a surfboard with a paddle. To practise it, one has to stand upright on the board and move around using the paddle.

How it works ?

The Amalfi Coast Sup and Snorkelling tour starts at 16:30 at the meeting point indicated on the map, where you will be given your technical equipment. The tour starts at Marina del Cantone, which overlooks the Gulf of Salerno and is located between the Bay of Ieranto and Recommone, renowned for its pebble beaches and clear waters. During the tour there is also a stop at the Nuni beach, for snorkelling, swimming and relaxation. Finally, we slowly return to the starting point at Marina del Cantone. The duration of the entire experience is approximately 90 minutes.
