The Via Ferrata is a mountain path on a rock face with the help of metal cables, ladders and walkways. To advance on Via Ferrata you use a harness, helmet, gloves and equipment usually used for trekking.


How it works ?

The Via Ferrata Cima Capi on Lake Garda starts at 8:00 a.m. at the meeting point indicated on the map, where you will be given the technical equipment.

The route includes a very scenic road on the shore of Lake Garda with views of the Sarca Valley. After reaching Cima Capi, you will feel like you are touching the sky with one finger and you can also admire the tunnels and fortifications dating back to the First World War.

You will then descend towards another short equipped path, called Foletti path. After reaching Bivacco there will be a small break and then the Via Ferrata will end in Biacesa, in Valle di Ledro.

At the end of the adventure the bus will take you back to the starting point.

Who is the activity for

The Via Ferrata on Lake Garda is an activity of medium difficulty: you need to be physically fit, but you will still be trained by qualified staff who will accompany you throughout the adventure. Children from 10 years of age can also participate.
