How it works ?

If you love to enjoy nature, the excitement of a Rafting adventure and the imposing, majestic beauty of the city of Rome, Urban Rafting on the Tevere river is the best experience for you!

Your Rafting Guide will be awaiting you directly in Porta del Popolo, near the Flaminio Metro stop. You'll walk to the boarding point with your Guide for a 5-minute walk among the city's historic and artistic beauties. At the boarding point you'll get your rafting equipment on and after a Technical Briefing on water safety, you'll be ready to start your adventure! Together with the group you will begin to get familiar with the paddle, to coordinate together and get the crazy fun going!

You will be surrounded by the heart of the city, between monuments and areas of touristic interest. You will navigate down the waters of the Tevere river aboard your Raft, in a green urban island of eternal charm.

During the descent, your Guide will explain some of Rome's historical secrets and you will meet along the course of the river, amazing monumental areas and urban scenery.

You'll navigate the historic Capitoline bridges up to the grandiose Castel Sant'Angelo and admire the Sacred beauty of St. Peter's Cupola in the forefront. The scenery will be evocative and you can take pictures of the city with your camera. The descent continues in quieter waters down to the Tiberina Island, and finally moving along the sparkling rapids between Ponte Garibaldi and Ponte Fabricio, historic Roman bridges.

To conclude, you'll ride with your raft below the only surviving archway of Ponte Rotto to reach the landing point at the

Porto di Ripa Grande, along the banks on the right, below the beautiful area of Trastevere, with its movida.

It will be full immersion of fun, beauty and action in the heart of Rome!

Your Guide will wait at Porta del Popolo in Rome, near the Flaminio underground station. You'll walk for 5 minutes to get to the gate
