Starting from Peccioli, following a safety briefing with your expert MTB cycling guide, you'll begin to discover the gorgeous villages in the surrounding countryside of picturesque Volterra and splendid San Giminiano.

Surrounded by blooming hills, a magic atmosphere and full relax, you will arrive at an incredible farm select, here your adventure as an expert pizzaiolo will begin!

Under the constant assistance of the expert pizzaiolo you can make a real pizza, using the pizza oven and 0 km ingredients.

A fantastic lunch with pizza prepared together with the expert pizzaiolo, artisan beer and local wine awaits you. You'll take the Tuscan pizza recipe with you, to replicate whenever you want!

After the meal, you'll set off with the group and the bike expert guide along the planned itinerary. On the way, don't forget to take a few photos to capture the landscape beauty of the Tuscan olive trees and vines.
