Rafting is a sport that consists of river descent on a particular inflatable called “raft“. It is practiced in rivers and streams where, thanks to the flow of water and the paddle, we are directed by overcoming natural obstacles such as rocks or rapids that the river presents.

How it works ?

The Rafting Family in Valsesia starts at 09:00 a.m., 12:15 p.m. or at 3:30 p.m. at the meeting point indicated in the map, where you will be given the technical equipment.

Then you will board the bus that will take you to the boarding point where you will be instructed on the main safety measures and behaviors to be observed in order to carry out the activity.

The itinerary includes navigation on the river Sesia, born from the Monte Rosa glacier at 2500 meters above sea level, which flows into the Po' in Piemonte.
