Night snowshoeing on Monte Baldo, Verona

Snowshoeing is a walk in the snow characterised by the use of snowshoes. These are special snowshoes attached to the foot only at the front of the boot, leaving the heels free. One also walks with the aid of snow poles to alternate with walking. Snowshoeing, in fact, is characterised by a movement very similar to cross-country skiing and is easy to practise as it does not require any particular physical preparation.

How it works ?

The moonlight snowshoe hike on Monte Baldo starts at 5:30 p.m. at the meeting point indicated on the map.

After putting on your snowshoes and poles, which will be provided in your technical equipment, a short briefing on the activity and safety rules will follow.

The route, approximately 2.5 km long, a short distance from Verona, will allow you to discover suggestive places, which take on a magical atmosphere in the moonlight.

For those who wish, at the end of the walk it will be possible to dine with friends in a characteristic mountain hut and taste typical local products (on request, to be paid for locally).

The activity lasts about 2/3 hours.
