Daily snowshoeing on Monte Baldo, Verona

Snowshoeing is a walk in the snow characterised by the use of snowshoes. These are special snowshoes attached to the foot only at the front of the boot, leaving the heels free. One also walks with the aid of snow poles to alternate with walking. Snowshoeing, in fact, is characterised by a movement very similar to cross-country skiing and is easy to practise as it does not require any particular physical preparation.

How it works ?

The daily snowshoe hike on Monte Baldo starts at 10 a.m. at the meeting point indicated on the map.

After putting on your snowshoes and poles, which will be provided in your technical equipment, a short briefing on the activity and safety rules will follow.

The approximately 2.5 km route, just a short distance from Verona, will allow you to discover suggestive places on the mountain overlooking the Veronese side of Lake Garda, and admire the panorama while walking on a blanket of snow.

Along the route there will be several stops to contemplate the landscape and for interesting descriptions by the guides.
