Cooking Class in Amalfi, Amalfi Coast

A farm-to-table Cooking Class, from a visit to the terraced gardens to a cooking lesson. You'll pick fresh ingredients from the garden and follow the suggestions of an experienced chef to create Italian dishes such as bruschetta, pasta and lemon tiramisu, to be enjoyed with excellent local wine.

How it works ?

The Cooking Class in Amalfi begins at 9:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. at the meeting point indicated on the map. The experience begins with a tour of the terraced gardens, an ancient method of cultivation on the Amalfi Coast. You will admire the lemon grove, the olive grove and the vineyard, where you will receive all the information about the cultivation and production of limoncello, olive oil and wine.

After putting on your gloves, you will head to the vegetable garden where you will be able to harvest seasonal vegetables, fragrant herbs and fruits.

You will then move to the kitchen to prepare traditional dishes such as bruschetta, pasta and lemon tiramisu, which you will then enjoy with your group over lunch surrounded by nature.
