Canyoning is an adventurous water sport that is practiced in the mountains and consists of the descent of streams flowing in rocky channels without the aid of canoes, kayaks or rafts. It descends, therefore, on foot with ropes that allow you to safely cross the particularly exposed points.


How it works ?

Canyoning Family in the Sesia Gorges starts at 09:00 a.m., at 12:15 p.m. or at 3:30 p.m. at the meeting point indicated on the map, where you will be given the technical equipment and will be instructed on the main safety measures and behaviors to be observed.

Then you will board the bus that will take you to the starting point of your adventure.

The route includes a trek along the river, rappelling and swimming in the current in the picturesque setting of Valsesia, on the Sesia River, the main river that flows through Piemonte.
